Service Response
When the customer needs on-site service, the service staff will call back within1 hour upon receipt the request.
The customers is 20km-100kw away, service personnel will arrive at site within 24 hours.
The customer is over 100km away (in China), service personnel will arrive at site within 48 hours.
If the service personnel cannot arrive at the site on time due to force majeure, the personnel will inform the customer timely and discuss for new solution.
